Returns & Refunds
In the case that the product is defected or you’ll like a refund on a unused item you’ll need to return the item within 365 days to the return address provided to you in order to receive a full refund or exchange defected item or pieces.
Please contact us at barberjungle@gmail.com to start the return process. Please note because we pay the shipment to USA orders you may be required to pay the shipment for the return. For international orders if you payed for shipping most of the time we will cover the cost for return unless it’s a big shipment.
Barber Jungle is not responsible for any lost packages that are confirmed delivered from our shipping providers. If your package is not confirmed delivered please contact us at barberjungle@gmail.com for assistance.
